INSTALLATION
- We can provide certified and skilled manpower, tools and equipment for all type of refractory works like, demolishing, sandblasting, welding of anchors, fiber lining, Bricklaying, gunning, shotcrete, casting, pumping, ramming and dry out.
- We prepare and provide all required documents such as Installation Operation Procedures, QA/QC Documents, Health and Safety Documents and Drawings.
INSPECTION
- The inspection of refractory linings requires specific knowledge of the refractory materials installed and the process conditions. Our experts can assist you anywhere in the world with ready-to-use inspection procedures and field experience to be used on revamps or on new jobs. Refractory products can be tested in Laboratories.
- Surveys to determine the quality of the lining can be executed by infrared Inspection camera or by water cooled boroscope.
- After inspection, a report will be presented to help you for direct use or future activities.


SUPERVISION
The right installation of refractory products must be controlled by drawings and documents. Beside this paperwork, experienced supervision is required to monitor the installed quality. Well trained supervisors are there to assist you with qualification of the workers and equipment during erection and dry-out. We have the knowledge to overcome installation problems or monitor testing Supervision and test results of refractory testing. Our supervisors understand all refractory products with their specific installation techniques to serve you worldwide.
PRECAST
- Mazaya Workshop equipped with precast shop with a production up to 6 tones a day. Wide range of refractory casting materials up to 1600°C, own mold production and dry out facility with one induction furnace (1200°C)and one gas burner furnace(1400 °C )with 3 Ton capacity
- Our major products are Burner Tiles, Door lintels, Flue wall Top blocks and components, Floor tiles, Precast Furnace lining sections, Launders, ladles, crucibles.

Descriptions
- This method is suitable for furnaces that will operate at temperatures between 500°C and 1100°C (930°F to 2010°F). We have different subdivisions according to the length of the module
- Insulation with Macro-modules
- Macro-modules comprise a single monolithic piece without joints, custom made to the size required by the user for the insulation of walls, roofs and doors in furnaces with operating temperatures greater than 1100°C (2010°F)
- Stack Bond
- This system consists of several stacked fiber blankets with cut-outs to enable fitting, and is specifically designed for the sealing of doors and the perimeter of furnace walls
